We currently ship our products to the following destinations:

  • United States: Standard and priority shipping available.
  • International Shipping: We are not offering international shipping now.
  1. Shipping Costs

The shipping fee for the first item is $4.99, and $2.99 for each additional item in the same order.

  1. Shipping Times

Order handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Generally, shipments are in transit for 5-10 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, and courier delays.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website or via your account on Crew Custom

To ensure successful delivery, please provide complete and accurate shipping information when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
