Once your order is submitted, our team carefully reviews it to ensure you receive only the highest-quality products. We check all graphics for proper resolution and quality, then select the most suitable printing method for your design. Any necessary changes will only be made after consulting with you. For a smoother process, we recommend providing your phone number and regularly checking your email for updates.

After approval, we’ll begin processing your order promptly. With standard shipping, you can typically expect delivery within 3–10 business days. For a more accurate estimate, feel free to use our shipping time calculator at checkout.

Please note: All items are custom-made with care, which may result in occasional shipping delays. Rest assured, tracking information is provided for both standard and express shipping options.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase—for example, if there’s a printing defect—we’re happy to accept returns and offer a full refund or send a replacement item.

Returns on any product within 30 days of receipt, even if there are no visible defects. You can choose to exchange the item or receive a voucher for your next order. Simply contact our customer service team to arrange this.

Please keep in mind that every CrewCustom order is uniquely customized and handcrafted. Unlike standard retailers, returned items cannot be restocked or resold. Instead, returned goods are donated to clothing charities.

To help minimize returns, please double-check all text for typos before ordering. We recommend placing test orders to share with your team first. If you’re uncertain about sizing, we’re happy to provide an unprinted sample to help you choose the right fit.
